A workaround for those with a bit of web dev knowledge is to remove the "hide" class from the following: <section id="contactModal" class="modal hide" tabindex="-1"> using inspect element. This does make the contact us form show up and it does work.

The contact us page appears to be broken. I can't get the "contact us" button to do anything. It looks to me like there is no link attached. I've tried brave, chrome, and firefox each on mobile and desktop. In addition you can get there in the app where it also does nothing.
