Could Chess.com do automatic mutes?

I mean, wouldn’t it be easier if when the website detects that someone has posted profanity on, say, a public forum, it automatically mutes the user, and then the staff can see what punishment is appropriate them?

There are mechanisms in place to stop content and automatically mute accounts. There are some instances where it does not currently work.
