I searched "cowboy chess" on Google, and found a few entries, one on eBay which is currently for sale.  Finding something specialty like that locally could be difficult almost anywhere.  Online will be your best bet.

Those artistic sets are better found in the European market, than in USA. I should try to find chess stores in Europe via Google.
