Chess.com tried to renew my annual subscription but for some reason it didn't go through. I'm trying to contact support to help me but it might take 3 days to hear back from them. What happens to my account? Does it get frozen or closed? Do I lose the discount from being a diamond member for the last three years? I'm honestly trying to fix this situation.

You just don’t have diamond until you can figure out how to pay for it again. You can have an account on chess.com for free, just no infinite game review puzzles or lessons

I had the automatic renewal and for some reason its not working. I'm just trying to get this rectified because the subscription ends today and I don't want to lose the discount. I can't get through to anyone.
