Current games does not appear as same as the board

Hello

after having some serious problems after merging my facebook account and my chess.com account, my rating were resetted. but my onlinegames ( where i actually have 3 running ) and my board disappeared, none of those tips and suggestions from chess.com helped and i cant play my games.... a friend of mine tested that issue on my account and told me that he had this problem too. I tried to log in in his account and there i didnt had that problem.... my account seemed to be bugged... and it would be nice if someone could help me before my 3 games which i cant play end :)
