Custom trophies disappeared

Hello, I started a tournament for which I had created and uploaded custom trophies. The process was straightforward, and the trophies all appeared.

The tournament has ended, and now the 2nd and 3rd place trophies no longer appear. 

1) Has anyone else had this happen?

2) Can I create a custom trophy and award the recipients personally, or do custom trophies have to be awarded through touraments?

I had the same problem too but then the trophies reappeared a few days later. I went and looked at one of the players from this tourney. The trophy was awarded but it isn't appearing (http://www.chess.com/members/trophy_view?id=24965452). Send the help desk a ticket to look into the situation.

ps - You can't create a custom trophy. Custom trophies only can be awarded through tournament placement.

This happend to me on fifa 15 if there are words instead of a photo it's your internet connection because I know I have a poor internet connection

You are right, mainzain, that could be a reason. However, sometimes it could be attributed to the website's server not delivering the content.

Thanks for the info Mainzain, my connection is solid though... I think it was the website. As Ben said, possibly C.c's server. HHmmm.

I don't know about fake... invisible maybe... 

                The're implementing V3 for the next 6 months. That means to test it, periodically all kinds of different things disappear. blogs, threads, ratings, avatar, pictures, etc.

I have noticed a HUGE lag on live chess lately and thinking that might have something to do w/ V3 as well...

              We're approching the holidays. There's allways an increase in spam and viruses, then it dies down after Jan 1.  That's what happened last year. 

Me too, I had a similar problem.

The 1st place trophy was awarded, but the 2nd and 3rd trophies, weren't!

Did someone find a solution?
