daily tournament: "Join" button don't run

I can't join any daily tournament on Chess.com app. (I click on "Join" button, but this action make nothing)
/// Before that, I mean I must have played several game. Of course, I have make that already : more than 10.
What is the problem?

I just joined a daily tournament with no issues. How are you accessing the site?
Also, which tournament?

I don't play online (website with internet), but use the chess app on my phone. //// I stop to play daily tournaments since 1 year. But in the past I was able to join all the tournaments I want to do (choose in the list of Chess app) //// And actually, no problem with blitz or bullet (I play every day).
