Are you on the website or the app?
I've seen the issue on the app before and sometimes switching themes and switching back will get it to download correctly.

Yeah, I've seen it. Try a few iterations and it will eventually stick. I think one time I actually deleted the app data and forced it to start over. On my tablet, changing the orentation helped with some of the settings.
Not saying the problem shouldn't be fixed.
The Darkwood colour scheme for the chess board is showing green instead.
