DGT support at Chess.com

I really like how chess.com works and I just got a DGT board last week. 

I'd sure like to be able to use it with this site, without having to join another site or leave this one. 

Please tell me how to use my DGT board here at chess.com, I'd rather not have to futz around with fritz.

I sent a help email to DGT earlier today.

Come on Chess.com! 

There is a square on white's side on the pawn row which doesn't recognize 3 of my pawns. That square recognizes every other piece, and every other square on the board recognizes those 3 pawns. As long as I put those 3 pawns on other squares for starting position, games play fine. What would cause this behavior, and do you know if there is a fix?

Strange - no.  Email DGT - they were quick to answer when I asked about integration here.

Make sure your board's not on a metal table, in fact, make sure there's no large masses of metal within a couple feet of the board until you figure it out.

One square not recognizing 3 of the pawns might have resulted from using the chess guard free version software for chess.com. If you did not use chess-guard then make sure you contact DGT support and they will send you one software with instructions to follow to reset the sensitivity of that square...because this happened to me and I did what I suggested herein above. Doing other stuffs such as keeping it away from metal, TV screen this and that won't do anything. If these things were easily to be affected by such screens and metals they would fail miserably in the world tournaments. I hope, it helps.

As much as I would love to use my board on chess.com, I don't know of a way to. I use mine with Fritz and PiChess.

 ChessGuard appears to be dead, at least temporarily. The developer has removed the download link and replaced it with "coming soon" text, which too often means "coming never". Sigh. 

@JeffBosch: Do you know what is really sad? That there is no native support for The DGT Boards from chess.com. I CANT'T UNDERSTAND IT. So many chess sites and services have... but my favorite one has not! Even not for Premium players.

I just noticed an option to enable "DGT Smart Board"  (Do not enable unless you have a DGT smart board connected to your computer) option under the settings in Live Chess.

Didn't realize it had made it out of beta.

Chessguard 0.8 used to work fine for me. I used it to connnect my DGT Smartboard to Chess Position Trainer. To train openings on the board. Chessguard 0.8 stopped working. If I open the rabbit pluggin in Chessguard the moves made are correctly recorded. But for some reaon the moves are not transfered to cpt anymore. I hope someone knows how to solve it becouse I really like to train my openings this way.
