diamond free trial ending

I just temporarily used my free trial on a diamond membership so I can game review a game. When I was done, I canceled my trial. I am using an Apple ID on IOS. Is there anything else I have to do to make sure my account doesn’t get charged? On settings it says my subscription expires July 12th.
