Diamond membership not working

I signed up for a Diamond membership and have been billed the amount due. But I still am unable to access anything. Any advice on what to do or who to reach out to?

If you purchased through one that f the apps, there are manual steps that have to be taken to apply the purchase to the account, and depending on the email account on the store and site account here, it may take additional work to apply it to the correct account.

 

Since it's the weekend, they probably won't get to it until next week sometime.
