DIAMOND PACKAGE and CANT PLAY MY PUZZLES.. HELP

So i have the Diamond package and have unlimited puzzles. My membership does not end until October 2025.

I cannot play puzzles, i have tried to change my rating as suggested and to change themes but a message comes up saying "ohhps something went wrong ".

I have been in the chat box with a BOT which seem to be the only way to contact support and the same answer that it keeps telling me is that.... memberships changed 2022. ???? Which does not apply to me at all,

As for changing my ratings, the only puzzles i can play are over 1000 ratings and i am only 750 therefore the puzzles are too difficult for me, and i would rather stay lower even if i have to repeat the puzzles. I dont mind playing the same puzzles again till i can move up on my own accord when i am ready and not what the website tells me to do.

Anyone with any help or advice would be much appreciated.

There's have been some changes on the way puzzles are handled to improve how they work and some members are part of that change.

It's possible that is impacting by our unrated puzzle experience. I'm asking about it.

when playing on my Laptop i can go into settings and get the Coach.

But i cant seem to find it on my Ipad ? can you help.

Coach on puzzles isn't available yet on the apps but should be soon.

sorry what i mean is when i play a game, I can get the coach on the laptop but not on my ipad. ? any advice
