The answer is largely the same as it's been for a long time: a) the application is beta and requires strong connectivity to avoid disconnections, and b) there are some things on your side you can do to minimize the problem (i.e., don't use IE, run hardwired vs wireless, and avoid the use of demanding apps alongside of Live Chess). However, even if you've done the best you could, you're still likely to have some problems.
Solution: the new version of Live Chess, due out some time in August 2009. The chief purpose of this version is provide a robust environment where the current problems don't exist.
Hi, does anyone know why i constantly(today) get disconnected to the "live chess"-server. Lost couple of games because i got disconnected. My internet-connection is ok. The online chess goes very well at the same time and i stay logged in. Thanks for the awnser.
