10 Blitz games tonight and 8 losses due to disconnection. Why can’t Chess.com make disconnections be abandonment games that don’t hit my rating?

Your idea could easily get abused. Imagine someone getting a losing position and then disconnecting on purpose to not lose rating

I've been losing due to disconnections issues and it started after the recent app update. A friend also complained about, you guys should fix it or return back to the previous version. I've lost close to 10 games because of time freeze, no warning, the time will just freeze and I won't even know I already lost until I check the opponent's profile.
