Why do I loose everytime I get disconnected and this happens many times

philidorposition

The problem here is that you get disconnected. The result after that is almost necessary at the moment, otherwise people would disconnect in losing positions rather than resign. Better would be a human moderation system instead of an automated one of course, which could differentiate the abusers from others.

If you're getting disconnected too often, make sure you use the latest version of your browser (preferrably firefox or chrome).

Somebody people know how to alter he clock . Not only the connection is dissed, when it reconnects, the opponent position changes and he gains time on his clock. just make a note of their names and abort the game WITHOUT playing any move.

What is lag and what are the colored lag indicators in Live Chess?
Solution

Lag is a term indicating the latency of an internet connection, mainly to the bad. More lag indicates a longer time for your game to communicate with the game server, and thus a higher amount of lag indicates slower responses. Next to each player's name you may see a colored lag indicator which shows how good or bad that player's connection is. There are 4 icons: Excellent Connection (very low lag), Good Connection (low lag), OK Connection (some lag), Poor Connection (high lag)
