Generally that means the offer has already been used. You'll need to contact Discord support about it.
When I click to claim Nitro, literally nothing happens and I'm pretty confused.

Yeah, go in subscriptions and press cancel on the nitro pop up, you'll keep the nitro you got for free but you want pay the nest months

The promotion ended yesterday afternoon and the Discord bots aren't supposed to show anymore.
That one showing still in Android was reported but the back-end feature for the codes was turned off so it won't work even though the bot is still there.
