Do Conditional Moves count towards your average time per move?

I've become a bigger fan of doing conditional moves, esp. in openings. I was curious when a conditional move is activated for a turn does this count as an instant turn that helps improve your average time per move stat?

I believe the immediate conditional move which is played imediately should count as an immediate move towards your average time per move.

Woah, 1min19, that is INSANELY fast, I'd be surprised if you kept that up!

I frequently put in conditional moves...unfortunately they always serve my advantage and my opponents are rarely so cooperative!

I have the bad habit of letting a game sit their for days before making a move if I dont know what Im doing in the opening. Im sure my time/move would be around 45 minutes if I broke this habit.
