does anybody know what happened?
Yeah I have a similar issue. I'm using the Android App. My time control option stays on 10 min. Inpf I try 15 min it stays in 10 min.
When i was playing by luck i did some pretty good moves for about 3 matches straight chess.com accused me of cheating it said i can make an appeal which i did or make a new acc i wasn't going to accept making an new acc cause i had the diamond membership but it said it will comeback so i accepted my first acc was Sherif_14 and my new acc is Sherif_2014 and when i did the new acc it give me the friends list but didn't give me my membership so pls review my case . So how to send an appeal that the human support sees it and reviews it .
Maybe you can try to do it on web, if not reinstall chess.com. #10 for that problem, it's much easier to just ask a staff about it asking on a forum cannot help you with it.
Go to help and support then talk to chessica then i believe press "get more help" then say "I want to talk with staff" then talk about what happened (I believe that's how it works)
@the_cool_23 I know this probably won't help but I'll share anyway. 1. Close the app then reopen it. 2. On the right side of the screen there should be a play button over that play button there should be a button that says blitz (insert whatever time you last played) select the button that has blitz and that should let you change the mode again don't know if that helps. And as idkwhat_01234 said try uninstalling and reinstalling the app or try going to the website and changing it there if the button won't respond
I play in 24 h and i cannot switch to Play 15/10 or what else please hello me i think i àm not alone
