Hi,

I have decided to downgrade my account from Diamond to Platinum.

Can anybody tell me how to do this?

My Home - Account - Cancel Membership

There isn't any option to downgrade here so you can try contacting the staff http://support.chess.com/

Brendan go to Members, Membership and under the mambership options should show how much membership credit you have. I think you can then select the membership rate you want.
