When I want to download the games, it only download 1 page in a time, is that right ? so I can't download 1,000 games (50 pages) in one go ?

  when 'select all' it only does 1 page.

Right above the games there is a button that says "View games archive".
Click on that and then you can download all games at once with the button Download All My Games in One PGN
