Downloading videos on chess.com for offline viewing

Hi everyone, I'm building a collection of chess videos for offline viewing so I can watch those anywhere without internet and so I can rewatch videos I've liked a lot.
I've been building my collection mostly by downloading YouTube videos so far but I've recently bought a subcription on chess.com and I've seen really good videos (Simon Williams videos <3) so I wanted to know if anyone had tips on how to download videos on chess.com ?

I guess this is legal since that's just for personal use.

Thanks in advance ! happy.png

If you have a good PC and Windows 10, then you can just use Windows +G.

I do have a good PC but on Windows 8.1 (and I will soon switch to Ubuntu most likely so...).
But what do you mean by Windows + G ?

The Windows Key and the G are the keyboard shortcuts. (It's explained in the linked article.)

Well Windows + G doesn't do much on my computer, and I have no idea which linked article you are referring to, could you please expand ?

Oh sorry I must be blind, I totally missed it !
Well there's no way I ever install Windows 10, and I don't need a video capture tool, I'm more looking for a video grabber plugin for Chrome.

I made some search and found "Video DownloadHelper" that works quite well for those interested !

I guess I could have searched first before posting. I'm sorry for those I made waste time.

Hello greetings
for those who want to download the videos, an easy way to do it is using the Firefox browser, install an add-on called Video Downloader, and ready to apply it will put the video on a page where right click will give you the option to save the file on your pc

Thanks. There's a plugin on Chrome as well...

I use Linux Mint. I'd never tried downloading the videos here before, but I just tried downloading one of the free videos. The Youtube-dlg package in the Software Manager seems to work. There might be other programs that work in Linux; Youtube-dlg is the only one I tried.

Edit - Oh, Youtube-dlg is also supposed to work in Windows. Files are on GitHub.

It's not a browser extension - It's a GUI program. It's a little more complicated to use; It may not be your cup of tea... ;-)
