Draw Glitch

Beware of this position there is a glitch in the software... When I force my oppenent to capture my pawn so I can Q mine it ends the game with draw ins material... here is how the action went:

it was a draw because you lost on time, but he didn't have sufficient mating material. if he had had a pawn, you would have lost. 

no i had a minute left....  it came up a draw the split second he captured the pawn

TheTylerRose, I've checked the logs for that game and it seems you really lost on time and the server set draw for that game because of insufficient material. I think you didn't manage to move your pawn to the 8th line?

No i really didnt lose on time I had a full minute left & the premoves all plugged in...and it really did end the game the split second Kxh6 so all you are really telling me at this point is the glitch reports to your log as if i lost on time.  So to summarize...  with 1 min left and premoves plugged in & enabled your sofware is ending the game as a draw lost on time because of lack of mating maerial. 

want to replay the game unrated so we can see if it calls the draw again? if not, then it certainly was time. it is possible that you disconnected right before the last move, and therefore didn't see it.
