Draw offers?

I got an email saying that there was a draw offer in one of my games, but I see no evidence of it when looking at the game. It's also not in my alerts box. If I hadn't seen the email, how would I have even known there was a draw offer in that game?

erik
which game?

My game as white against Fiddler (which is kind of funny, since I'm clearly winning that one).

Did you make a move after the draw offer was sent? I think the offer expires automatically once a move is made because it assumes from your move that you don't want a draw or you would have accepted. I have sent and received draw offers that disappeared once a move was made.

Is it also possible that after the email was sent, your opponent cancelled the draw offer?

I did eventually make a move, but when the email about a draw offer was first received, there was nothing on this web site to indicate there was a draw offer.

I have seen that I have a draw offer right above the message board, but I cannot see where I can accept it.  The only buttons available are the submit a move or resign.  it must be that by resigning with pending draw offer that the computer will understand the significance.  Any body out there know for sure?
