I am in a position where i can not move my king but i am not in check. this should be a draw but it has not happened and no function appears to click to force the draw. please help

I only have my king left. no other pieces. i gave them up in order to force a draw . i have double checked but can not see the draw button. i have offered a draw but its unlikely they will accept.

I am so sorry everyone i feel like such a fool. but thanks to everyone who replied to help. i became so single minded i overlooked the obvious.
