Draw

If its this game, it is indeed a stalemate. It is black's turn to move, and he (black) has no legal move. The fact that white has legal moves doesn't matter because it's not his turn.

I took a look at the game. It is a stalemate, which is, by definition, a draw. A stalemate occurs when the person whose turn it is to move is not in check and has no legal moves. At the point that the game was declared a draw, it is black's turn to move. Black has only a king, which is not in check. However, any square that the king could potentially move to is covered by at least one of your pieces. e8 and e7 by the rook, e7 and g7 by a pawn, and f7 and g8 by the bishop. Since black is not in check and has no legal move available to him, the game is a stalemate.

Could I ask how you reproduced the board? Is that a power enjoyed only by Premium members?
