Drawing Arrows/Highlights In Live Games

I would like to use arrows when playing a live game. I found the how-to for computers but can't find for Android users. Any help would be greatly appreciated, TY.

It requires a keyboard and mouse. It's not available in the apps.

Me 2. About a month ago I mentioned that Samsung users couldn't respond to a post like I'm currently doing and they fixed it. Hoping this is the case with the arrows

If you mean the quotation marks that allow you to reply like this, a few weeks ago chess.com. now added it.
