Duplicate games

This has happened more than once to me on both the Android app and Google Chrome. Occasionally I will move in a game, click submit, and be given the same game again to move in again. On the Android app it actually shows 2 of the same game in the home display! However, if I exit to home after moving in that game (and the copy comes up) it will then show that I have indeed moved.

I'm encountering the same problem on my mobile phone:

I'm using v3.8.8-19709 of the Android app. Curiously, on my Android tablet (same app version), the game shows up only once.

This started happening when my opponent resigned and our second tournament game started automatically. I haven't dared to make any moves on my mobile phone yet...

It's possible your tablet is on the newest 4.x version of the app. The 3.8 version isn't going to be updated anymore.

Well, as I said above, my tablet has the same version of the app. It does look different on the tablet, though; it always has. Coincidentally, it's also the newest version available in the app store. There doesn't seem to be a version 4 available...

The new version became available today for both my smartphone and tablet. The problem seems to be fixed. Thank you!
