e-mail bug

I use my chess.com e-mail address as one of my primary e-mail accounts...until about two weeks ago I had a bug with the system where it would tell me I had a "ghost" e-mail in the system, always detecting at least one more unread e-mail than there really was....that was fine...I could do basic maths....now however it doesn't detect any unread e-mails in my system, they are there when I connect to the e-mail account but don't show up on my chess.com home...any suggestions?
