Elo Not Updating

I'm playing rated games, I've double check before each game by going to custom and making sure it says rated.
It not changed my ELO for days, tons of games if you click on my profile.
I submitted a ticket, but is there something I can do?
At least I can see rating change in your latest games -- Rapid and Daily both.
If there's something wrong on your end & you've already submitted a ticket, there's nothing more to do. The site support should contact you soon.

On Android phone, I can't share the screen shot, but when I look at the game review it doesn't show any elo addition or subtraction. Where can I go to see how much it is adding or taking away?
I couldn't tell you why it isn't displaying the rating change on the app, but on the website I can see it.
Maybe check the stats on the app to see if its getting updated there?

I just looked at your archive. Your ratings are changing. Make sure you’re looking at games of the same time control. You played bullet, blitz, and rapid games today.
Same problem, rating not updating.

If you mean in the stats panel that's a known bug.
Yes, the rating in the stats panel is not updated, however the rating during matches is accurate.
Same thing happened to me how to solve this kind of problem plsss

How hard is it to fix it? like come on! This has been an issue for quite sometime. Paying 100+ dollars annually to not even have basic features work properly is outrageous.
