email frustration

I can't access my @chess.com email. No matter what I try, I keep getting an 'incorrect name/password notice' What do I do?  Please... Pleeeease...

ps (I am very new to this site and -relatively- very very new with this technology!)

I think your chess.com email might me different from your chess.com account when you create chess.com email. I am not exactly sure about that. I remember I create the chess.com account and after that I create chess.com email. When I create chess.com email, I use the same name of my chess.com account. I think you chose the different name of your chess.com account. I think that is the reason you couldn't access to it.
