Email notifications for daily game moves...

I have never gotten emails for daily game moves by my opponent.  I assume my level of subscription has this feature.  All my "notifications" are turned "on".   My email client is MS Outlook.  (I get plenty of emails I don't want.  Would like to have this feature.)

Tracking in ON.  Daily Chess is ON.  Nothing in Spam folder.

Thanks for the effort.  Support tried and failed a year ago or so.  My subscription renewal is coming up.  No point in paying if I'm not getting all the features.

Could also be a filter on your email provider server.

I assume you tried turning it off, saving, and turning it back on?

No go.  Doubt that there is a filter.  I get a ton of email.
