Engine error

when you try to analyse your games it says engine error please try again later ? Anyone esle saw this ??

Well, are you using the website or one of the apps? Are you just trying to run an analysis after a game? Did you change the settings?

yes on the website, you got analysis/Game review/ then the next screen starts loading like it's  calcualting but at the top, pops red info saying " Engine error. Please try again later" It's been 2 weeks almost from beginning of that. I wrote tech support but they said that they "fixed" it . So i was just wandering if someone else has this problem.

There was an analysis server issue recently that was fixed by restarting a process and should be fixed. If you're still seeing it, try clearing your browser cache and try again.

I have the same problem, have deleted cache but problem exists, maybe they are pushing for people to sign up for premium memberships

I found out there is a known issue, in some cases, with the posted error for basic members after their full review if the day. There is a fix coming for that error.

On one of my computers I often get this error message.  On the other one I never do.  Problem has to be on  my end.

Still get this error, but seems to occur only on smartphone via online browser and not laptop. Occurs after daily game review has been used.

That's just the dialog about upgrading after using the daily allowed full game review.

Yea but the engine error occurs when this pops up

While it could be related in some cases, I don't think it is. It will run a very limited depth review, with fewer classifications, after closing that dialog normally.

The same thing happened to me. I have been waiting for 3 MONTHS for the reviews on my games to work, but they don't. I am unable to look at the analysis or anything like that, and I am very frustrated.

What happens when you try? How are you accessing the site?
