Well, first of all, no one knows how your account is not working properly, so I would post that here, and second of all, since it has been such a long period of time since anyone has posted on this forum, then I would just use this link to Contact the Chess.com Help and Support, immediately:

I would go under "Account and Registration Problems" or a name similar to that name. When you send them a message, make sure you give them a relevant link to your problem and to actually describe what your problem is, so people can help you.
