Especial notes

In a given move, in a given game. . . the situation is such that that part of the game merits to be recorded for future consideretions. Of course I could make a note outside Chess.com, but is there a way to do it directly inside Chess.com?

There is a NOTES tab - where you can make private notes on any game. There is no AUTOMATIC way of linking a note to a specific move, but you could easily attach the move number yourself. e.g. 40: bxe1 if he takes the knight

and, is it kept in the server or do I have to "PGN" the game and the note to my PC and/or personal files?

Unfortunately, the notes are not kept together with the PGN. If you want the notes, you have to go to each game individually, select the Notes tab, then Copy & Paste the notes into an external application such as Notepad.

or you can use a winboard (or something similar) with the pgn you can put a note in there as well.
