Well, you need membership to do certain things which a person without membership is unable to do. So I think it is because you do not have membership

You can play as many games as you want for free. Explorer is a separate feature that is limited.
Yeah but, for the puzzle rushes, you will have a minimum daily limit of five,ten or fifteen as a maximum. I think what Martin_Stahl said was right... I agree with him. There is a type of membership that is the ‘premium membership’ that has almost everything unlimited but is exceptionally very costly
