How many games are you trying to get?
In the game archive i have 262 right now but at the time i sent it lesser
Perhaps the large number is the problem, because when I have done it with an individual game, I received the email in a few hours. I would try it again and if it still doesn't work contact the site support.
No, it shouldn't take that long, I've gotten over 4000 games in one day
I have tried a couple of times but I will do it agian
It works individual (direkt from the chess board) but when it has to be generatet it do not.

Yes - one game is also size about 1 kb in pgn so even 4000 games is only 4 mb

I have been trying to download all my games from here on chess.com but nothing happens - "Your PGN is being generated. We will email you the PGN when it is complete."
I have been waiting for over an week:)
Is it a bug?
