facebook bugs

Recently I've noticed that when playing on Facebook, the chess.com app is getting buggy -- it's recording moves incorrectly (specifically, c and f pawns, when moved to 4, will often record as being moved to 3 -- they show on the board as if they are at 4, but then in the next move my opponent will take them as if they were at 3), and just now it allowed my opponent to move a pinned knight, putting his king in automatic check! Just wanted to let the developers know... I'm going to try uninstalling and reinstalling the app to see if that helps.

Can you post the game?

See below -- error is at move 6. This happens consistently, and it's often mirrored on the other side of the board.

Ah, yes; this is a common problem among beginners.

Scroll down to the section labelled "En Passant".

You mentioned something about a pinned piece?; Can you post that too?

DUH. I even know what en passant is. Embarassed

I can't find the game with the pinned piece now -- all I remember was that it was a knight that I had pinned at 2 with a rook. Surely there's not a rule that allows the knight to be moved in that configuration, resulting in check? I'll bet I just didn't notice an intervening piece or something.
