Fair Play Policy Glitch

hi back in march when i first joined i got a fair play policy restriction that hasnt gone away i have been playing fairly but still nothing can an admin lift it for me please

umm....you can go at the Help & Support room and ask the same question....it might be answered fast there because there are mods available.....or you can just mail kohai about the problem you have -> kohai@chess.com
