Fair play policy on android

I'm worried about my account, I just started getting notifications about a fair play policy. The only reason I keep aborting is because my opponents seem to be afk or something. I wait a little and if no first move is made then I abort. Since getting the error I started waiting even longer but I still get the message. Is there a specific time I must wait for them to make a first move before aborting? Is my account at risk?

I have problem, I also have fair play policy poped out every game   I finish, and I never abort, it happens even when I play the whole round.

What should I do?

I  have no solution as I have same problem. It may be related to a slow dial-up connection and I was wondering if that's what you have?

on the android, I don't know... On a regular computer, the server autamatically aborts the game after like 30seconds

Don't abort your games, the site will do it for you automatically if your opponent doesn't move in 25 or 30 seconds. Aborting is causing your messages
