First Of All you might wanna change the title CHESS.CON 💀 and since I am not a chess.com person i just saw that this was one that wasn't answered and are you saying you versed a bot in rated?
Fake 'player' generated by chess.CON
THE Social INTERNET... i.e. X and Facebook... have bots commenting, drumming up hits, to increase activity for advertising. (been going on for some time now)
Chess.con and Lie Chess also have been using bots pretenting to be human for some time now...
A.I. is here ... deal with it.
Why did you serve up a bot when I was invited to play a 'player of similar strength'? This option is quite seperate from 'play a bot' or 'play against computer'.
Can you refund my membership, please?
The site does not use bots in the player pools. It would have paired you with another member account.
However, if you want a refund, you'll need to contact Support directly.

SORRY ... don't believe that... It makes total sense "Buiseness wise" "marketing wise" for sites like this to use Bots as players... The incentives are too great & The opportunity cost to high..... If someone waits for a game for even a few minutes ... They will leave the site and go somewhere else...

I DON'T PLAY A LOT HERE... I don't think you guys make an effort to controll the silicone usage ... I do play a lot on LiChess and they do indeed use bots in thier playing pools... (Exspecially in the anomonyous pool)
It's the deception that pisses me off! The bots are fine, useful, even essential. But don't tell me it's a 'player of similar....' when it's clearly not. It's been suggested it's a good business model - well here's an idea, when someone gives you their credit card details you better tell the truth.
The site does not use bots in the player pools. That doesn't mean sone members aren't using them.
If you suspect any account of being a bit, you should report it to staff.
