with members via email.In
My case the mod acted quickly and politely
and after giving undertakings I was unmuted.
However as.promised my right to amend
my.profile was never restored.
Now it seems that.bots.agents A1 etc
and tickets are mainly operational.
AI 2 is on the case .
I'll keep dreaming on.
Perhaps a different timepiece might induce support to lift the ban on amending my profile and avatar.

In the good old days when human staff at chess.com support interacted with members
who had various issues including some as I
had in this particular case email exchanges
Worked well.
Here a very pleasant and helpful person(I recall she was a moderator)was dealing
with it.
To recap I had been muted indefinitely for
allegedly using an unacceptable avatar.
Further my ability to changed my.profile
Was blocked.
The moderator told me that if I agreed to
Undertake not to.post such avatars I.would be unmute IMMEDIATELY AND at.the same
Time my right to vary.my profile(including avatar) would be restored.
The muting was lifted but.not.the prohibition on.change of profile matters.
Why wasn't it done so at the time ???
All the current procedures ...bots ,agents ai etc. tickets ???
