Okay, the exact same thing happened to me just now.
Forced resignation with 0 moves (cheating)

Same issue here but it only seems to happen upon being offered a rematch. If I accept, it says I resigned before I can even make a move.

Your opponent can't impact your connection or cause you to resign. If you left the game to view the message, that would cause the resignation.

what’s going on
Seems like an exploit of some sort of bug. This keeps happening to me whenever I get offered a rematch.

Typically the game will be abandoned if you lost connection before move 2. If white moves and you playing black and you disconnected the game won't count as a loss. It won't count at all.
That game though might be just a bug on chess com part so idk.
