Forum Comment Entering
Let me check about entering this comment. I'm counting to 10 really slowly ... 1 ... 2 ...(etc.) OK. Here goes. Wish me luck! ...
This forum, which started out as a serious discussion of an important issue, has somehow become extremely silly. Extremely. This makes me happy. I'll now use an emoticon which will illustrate my reaction to this turn of events:

At this point, however, I cannot avoid introducing a new complaint about "forum comment entering:" As you see, when I quote my previous comment which included an emoticon, my little smiley face is Gone! What's Up with That?!
The code doesn't work this way, so if you want the emoticon to be put in place you will have to do it yourself.

like this.
What are these emoticons and where do they come from. Is this and NSA thing?
Lol --Good questions!!
Reminded me of those Monty Python BBC reporters who'd cross each other walking through fields, carrying microphones, and the time John Cleese (I think it was Cleese) started off with:
"Ducks. ...... Where do they come from?! --- What do they want?! ...."
Sadly, we may never know the full answers about ducks ... or emoticons.
Hey, I've got a new "complaint!"
(Note this caveat: The vast majority of my "complaints" stem directly from my own inability to figure out a basic computer procedure which is glaringly obvious to any person of average intelligence living in this century.)
Here's the problem:
If I'm writing a message to someone and I have the avatar name wrong and I go back to look it up, when I come back to New Message, my Beautifully Crafted Message is Gone!! --- See, did you notice? This is almost Exactly like the "forum comment entering" issue that prompted me to start this very forum!!
So, if some of you are bothered by this thing, too, and if No one says "Oh, motherinlaw, you silly goose, all you need to do is ...x,y,z ...for cripe's sake," then, I'll start a forum about This Issue!
And No Fair Stealing my New Forum Topic! -- I need the Points!
(Do we even Get extra "Points" for starting a forum? And what good are these "Points" anyway? I think I was told they were absolutely meaningless ... Well, that 'issue" is Definitely not worth Another Forum, so just forget I even mentioned that one, OK?)

30 minutes or so.
No. Thankfully I have a good memory, so I can usually remember where his keys are even if he can't remember where he put them.
It sounds like he really needs you!!
He'd probably have to develop a system if I wasn't around.
Got to say, he hasn't lost an iPod in a long time, though. He lost the first three or so in quick succession, and none since.
One of the iPods he lost, he'd only had a day or so. The only song on it was Pancho and Lefty by Merle Haggard and Willie Nelson. He left it in the gym locker room and someone stole it. Sometimes I wonder what the person who stole it thought of my husband's taste in music.
You're right, mil. This forum comment entering stuff is very challenging and interesting.
