The helpfile refers to the full functionality of TinyMCE - but chess.com restricts the features members can use - possibly to minimise problems on mobile devices?

when I went into a link to show more info on tools there were more tools on that than availble to use when entering a post. I posted something here:

which is centred aligned (I asked there acn one of the staff edit it for me) the tool to do that doesn't show but yet there's info on it! Why?
