Is there any way to stop the forums or blogs you made to stop showing up on your bio?

Nope. You also can't delete any threads you made after someone has already commented on them.

As far as threads go, if you're specifically trying to delete something you previously wrote, the best you can do is change the title and what's written in your post to something different. But of course, that won't remove them from your profile.

The best you can do for blogs is to simply delete them.
