The explanation is there on their profile page with big red letters, you cannot not see it:

ACCOUNT CLOSED FOR CHEATING

This member's account was closed because they were found to be cheating. Chess.com does not tolerate any kind of cheating including: multiple accounts, unfair computer assistance, outside help on games, etc. If you are not sure about the rules, please read the site rules here!

If you feel this was an error, click here.

And closing a cheater's account is rude behaviour? Seriously. You were friends with a cheater. Oops. Try to get over it.

her account was closed....of course she was not cheating, staff of chess.com dis-likes females chess players. Find friends concered w/ chess not winning at any means ! She joins a very,very long list of those banned----not for cheating,but for --------- fill in your rational!
