To make it smaller than default you move your cursor to the upper-right of the board, click-hold the resize icon (double-sided arrow) and drag left for a smaller board and when it isn't at maximum size, right to make it bigger.
The closest thing to fullscreen is Focus mode. That is the four-sided arrow under the resize icon when you move your cursor over that section.

I don't believe that is an option on the mobile optimized site and on desktop mode, it wouldn't be any better than the default on mobile optimized.

No. You can use Focus Mode to get closer though.

It's possible you have the live setting of Always Use Focus Mode turned on. Check your settings and turn that off if that's the case.

The whole reason for Focus Mode is to hide everything else.
In the new version focus mode doesn't work for me at all. My icon is superimposed on the board. Also, the board is smaller than in the legacy mode. Surely this is something that can be addressed??

Tried that, didn't work. Lost all three games today, it's hard to focus on/adjust to the smaller board size. I might have lost anyway of course, but it's irritating not being able to have things set up as normal. Is this a bug or has the feature been removed?
