Received a message from a chess.com staff member advising me the devs had fixed the issue. I still have the issue.
Yes, I, too, received a message from a staff member over an hour ago. The following is what I quoted from his message:
"I was advised that our developers have fixed the issue, and everything on
your end should work correctly now."
I, too, still have the problem!
The same staff member (just minutes ago) sent me another message. And the following is what I quoted from his message:
"Our developers are currently working on the issue and it should be fixed shortly,
if not already. I’m really sorry you had to experience that, we’re doing our utmost to
prevent such errors in the future!"
I hope they fix the problem real soon! As mentioned in my previous comment here, some of my 'Daily' games are with long-time friends. I need to be able to chat with them again soon!
Absoutley, me too, new daily game works great, existing daily games it seems it hasn't been fixed...
