game disapears from the screen during play.

Though I always have four bars showing excellent  contact sometimes during the middle of the game, it disappears from the screen and immediately I am invited to start a new game. I have learnt that it is sometimes possible to get back to my original game by ignoring the message and just reopening chess.com. This did not work  today and then I get a message from Chess.com that I could be reported for unfair play because I have not responded to the new game imposed on me by Chess.com despite the fact that I have not asked for a game.  This seems very unfair.  I was the winning the game and all wanted was to get to it.   Is  there a way you recommend?
