game glitched and I lost ???

I was playing a game and all the moves rewinded and wouldn’t let me go back to the move I was on. It only let me rewind 5 moves when there was 5 more moves to go back to. Then it showed the opponents timer going down, when it hit 0 , it glitched again and showed my time ran out instead!!! Wtf is this???
